What this library is — and why it exists

The Realtor AI Prompts library is a free collection of 291 hand-curated AI image prompts, every one of them adapted with a real-estate use case in mind. Source prompts are pulled from three open-source repositories — awesome-gpt-image-2, demo-gpt-image-2, and awesome-gpt4o-images — and re-written by the PostAI Editorial Team so a property agent can copy, swap a few bracketed inputs, and ship a polished image in under three minutes.

Most prompt galleries hand you the raw prompt and leave you to figure out how to apply it. This library is different: each realtor-adapted prompt includes (1) the specific real-estate use cases it fits, (2) the inputs you need to provide (your photo, project name, phone, etc.), and (3) the rewritten prompt with [your X] placeholders ready to fill in. The point is to remove the gap between "this looks cool" and "this is in my Instagram feed by lunchtime."

Who this is for

Property agents and brokers worldwide who want to use generative AI for daily marketing without learning prompt engineering. The library is built around the eight tasks an agent does most: building a personal brand, shooting listings, designing posters, running open-house events, producing infographics, posting market updates, creating social-media carousels, and making video thumbnails. Whether you sell HDB flats in Toa Payoh, condos on the Gold Coast, brownstones in Brooklyn, or terraces in Hampstead, the placeholders are generic enough to apply.

The eight realtor categories

  • Agent Branding — agent headshots, polaroid portraits, chibi mascots, brand logos, sticker packs and editorial portraits. 14 prompts.
  • Listing Hero Photo — magazine-style hero images of a listing, before-and-after staging, tropical and luxury treatments, tilt-shift miniature aerials. 14 prompts.
  • Listing Poster / Flyer — high-impact printable posters and digital flyers — Tom Ford-style luxury ads, Vanity-Fair-style covers, retro propaganda posters. 14 prompts.
  • Open House / Event — RSVP banners, event invitations, viewing announcements with date / time / address. 3 prompts.
  • Property Infographic — exploded-view unit posters, blueprint floor plans, isometric cutaways, monument-style architectural studies. 11 prompts.
  • Market Update Visual — illustrated district maps, market-data dashboards, tilt-shift neighbourhood aerials, weather-style market forecasts. 10 prompts.
  • Social Carousel — Xiaohongshu listing covers, lifestyle vignettes, "5 reasons to love this home" cards, festival greetings. 9 prompts.
  • Video Thumbnail — live property tour thumbnails, comparison reels covers, neon-tech video covers. 4 prompts.

How to use a prompt — in three steps

  1. Pick an idea. Browse the gallery above. Tap any image whose vibe matches what you want to ship — a polished headshot, a luxury listing flyer, a fun district map.
  2. Open the "Ideas for Realtors" tab. Read the three real-estate use cases the prompt is good for, and check the inputs the prompt needs from you (typically a photo, a name, and a phone).
  3. Copy → paste into ChatGPT → swap the brackets. Click Copy Realtor Prompt, paste it into a fresh ChatGPT conversation with image generation enabled, and replace every [your X] placeholder with your real details. Press send. Your image is ready to post.

Works with: ChatGPT Image 2.0 and GPT-4o

The library targets ChatGPT Image 2.0 (OpenAI's flagship 2026 image model, available inside ChatGPT) and GPT-4o image generation. Both produce text-accurate, high-resolution outputs suitable for print and social. Prompts that originated from Chinese sources include both the original Chinese prompt and a pre-translated English version — a 中 / EN toggle lets you switch.

Frequently asked questions

Are these prompts really free?

Yes. Browse, copy and use them at no cost. The first three prompt previews are open to everyone; after that we ask you to join our WhatsApp Community to keep going — no payment, just a quick QR scan.

Do I need a paid ChatGPT plan?

To generate images you need a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Team, or Business) which gives you ChatGPT Image 2.0. The prompts themselves are free; the image-generation cost depends on your OpenAI plan.

Can I use the generated images commercially?

Yes. OpenAI grants users full rights to images they generate, including for commercial real-estate marketing. Always confirm the latest OpenAI Terms of Use.

Do these prompts work for non-Singapore markets?

Yes. Every realtor adaptation uses generic placeholders like [your district] and [your project name] so the same prompt works for any city or country.

How is this different from a generic prompt library?

Each prompt comes with the realtor use cases it fits, the inputs you need, and a rewritten version with bracketed placeholders. Generic libraries leave that translation to you.

How often is the library updated?

We add new prompts when notable models or sources release new high-quality cases. The library is curated, not auto-generated, to keep the quality bar high.

Where do the original prompts come from?

Three open-source repositories: awesome-gpt-image-2 by YouMind OpenLab (CC BY 4.0), demo-gpt-image-2 by Jacky Wu, and awesome-gpt4o-images by James Bond. The realtor adaptations are by the PostAI Editorial Team.
