There are two different cases, and they're treated differently.

The AI model got it wrong. The avatar sitting on a table, a person vanishing mid-walk, spoken words that don't match the script — PostAI refunds those credits. You don't pay for them at all.

You changed your mind. If you want a clip re-done differently, you pay the credits for the new render.

But here's the part that matters most: the 30% service fee is calculated only on the credits in your final delivered video — not on everything that was ever generated along the way. Refunded credits and change-of-mind re-renders never enter the service-fee base.

Annual members get priority production on every White-Glove request, 720 credits a year, and 10% extra credits on any top-up. Top-up credits stay valid for 2 years from purchase; plan credits run for the life of your plan.

Yes — that's Full Managed Service. We handle production and publishing, keeping at least three videos a week going out on your channels, so your feed never goes quiet in the weeks you're too busy to think about content.

It runs on a 25% service fee instead of 30%, because you're committing to volume — minimum 12 videos a month. You'll need 150+ credits on the account and your social accounts connected once. Captions and hashtags are AI-generated as part of publishing.

Two worth knowing. When the avatar is small in the frame, turning, or shown side-on, the model may not animate the mouth during speech — that's a limitation of the underlying video model, not something a re-render fixes.

And every video is generated by the system rather than hand-prompted shot by shot, so we can't guarantee exact positioning, walking direction, footwear or the order of gestures. If your listing needs that level of direction, film it instead — we'd rather say so up front.

We produce from whatever face, voice and 4-look photos are confirmed in your account when you submit. You can change them any time for future videos — but if you change them after production has begun, re-generating that video is at your own cost.

Three options — you pick when you submit.

Full Control. You review every script and voice track before anything is generated. You log in to the app and approve. Slowest, because it waits on you. Best if you have strict brand or compliance requirements.

Storyboard Review. We send a storyboard — stills plus the full script. You read it and reply to approve. This is the middle ground most agents pick.

Hands-Off. No review at all. The finished video just arrives, ready to post. Fastest, and best if you're doing volume.

It depends on why. If the model made a factual mistake, that's on us — those credits are refunded and we redo the clip at no cost to you.

If the video is technically correct but you'd prefer something different — no shoes indoors, a different walking path, a different gesture order — that's a preference, not an error. We're happy to re-render it, but the credits come from your account.

Yes — your face, voice and 4-look photos need to be confirmed in the app before we can produce anything, because we generate directly from them. It's a one-time setup and it carries across every future video.

If you also set up your social profile, we can advise you on the post itself — caption angle, timing, which platform suits that listing — not just hand over the video file.

We check your balance the moment your request arrives. If it won't cover the video plus the 30% service fee, we tell you before production starts so you can top up — no credits get spent in the meantime.

Yes. If you have a listing link, that's all we need — we take everything from it. If you don't, share a Google Drive folder with your photos, the property description and the address instead. Set the sharing to “Anyone with the link” so we can open it.

A single video lands within 2 working days — usually 8–16 working hours. Batches scale with volume, and we'll confirm a delivery window when your request comes in, so you always know what to expect before any credits are spent.

Yes, at no cost, any time before production begins. Once generation has started, credits already consumed aren't refundable and the service fee applies to whatever has been delivered.
