• Image processing and branding services
• Video content creation tools
• Dual-language content generation (English/Chinese)

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Generate content that violates platform policies (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Create spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use our service to compete with us or create similar products

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Free Tier: 40 tokens monthly, no payment required
• Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually in advance
• Tokens: Non-refundable, do not expire
• Refunds: 7-day refund policy for subscription fees
• Currency: All prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content:

• You retain rights to content you input into our system
• You grant us license to process your content to provide our service
• AI-generated content created from your inputs belongs to you

Our Service:

• PostAI.sg software, algorithms, and technology remain our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology
• Our trademarks and branding are protected

7. Data Scraping and Third-Party Content

Our service may scrape publicly available information from property websites to generate content. By using our service, you acknowledge:

• We only access publicly available information
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use scraped content
• We are not liable for copyright infringement by users
• Content generation is for your business use in compliance with fair use principles

8. Service Availability and Changes

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

10. Termination
