1 credit = 1 HD video at 1080p resolution, optimized for all platforms.
- Boost Pack: 90 credits, valid for 3 months from purchase
- Starter Plan: 60 credits per month; unused credits roll over to next month (up to 3 months)
- Growth Plan: 200 credits per month; unused credits roll over to next month (up to 3 months)
- Run out of credits? Buy additional credit packs at $10 SGD per 10 credits, or upgrade your monthly plan for more videos
Frequently Asked Pricing Questions
How do I choose between Boost Pack and a monthly subscription?
Choose the Boost Pack if you create 1–3 videos per week (15 videos over 3 months). Choose a monthly subscription if you create more regularly or want ongoing access without worrying about credits running out. Monthly plans offer better value if you're creating 4+ videos per week.
What happens to my credits if I don't use them all?
With the Boost Pack, all 90 credits expire after 3 months. With monthly plans, unused credits roll over to the next month up to 3 months, giving you flexibility during slower weeks. You'll get a notification when credits are about to expire.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, and the cost difference will be prorated. You can downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. There's no penalty for switching plans.
Do you offer discounts for annual prepayment?

What if I exceed my monthly credit allowance?
If you run low on credits mid-month, you have two options: (1) purchase additional credit packs at $10 SGD for 10 credits, or (2) upgrade to the next plan tier, effective immediately. You'll never be blocked from creating videos—you'll simply be prompted to choose an option.
What's your refund policy?
We stand behind PostAI's quality. If you're not satisfied with a video, we'll regenerate it free of charge. If you purchase credits and change your mind, we offer a 14-day refund guarantee on paid plans. Contact our support team if you have questions—we're happy to help.
