Terms & Conditions

Who is eligible for the Team Partnership Program?▼

The program is open to division leaders, team leads, and managers from any licensed real estate agency in Singapore. You must have an active team of at least 5 agents to qualify for the Division Welfare Fund commission.

How is the 20% commission calculated?▼

You earn 20% of each agent's monthly subscription fee, paid to PostAI, for as long as they remain an active subscriber. There is no cap on the number of agents or the total commission amount. Commissions are tracked automatically and paid out monthly.

What counts as "my team" for commission purposes?▼

Agents who sign up through your unique referral link or during a workshop session arranged under your partnership are attributed to your team. Attribution is tracked via your unique partner ID. Once attributed, agents remain under your account for the lifetime of their subscription.

Are there any costs or obligations for the partner?▼

No. There are zero costs to join the Team Partnership Program. There is no minimum commitment, no subscription required for the leader, and no financial risk. You are simply helping your team adopt a tool that benefits them, while earning passive income in return.

How and when are commissions paid out?▼

Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid out within the first 5 business days of the following month. Payments are made via PayNow or bank transfer to the account details provided during onboarding. A minimum payout threshold of S$50 applies.

Can I terminate the partnership?▼

Yes. Either party can terminate the partnership with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, commissions accrued up to the termination date will still be paid out. Agents attributed to your account will continue their subscriptions independently and no further commissions will be earned after the notice period ends.
